NEVER ENDING Locked up in a cage of despair Wishing to break out of here But who am I to even care When I was born a slave to fear Tell me you were never aware That I ’ ve come to call sorrow my dear And all my pain I ’ ve learnt to bear I don ’ t even bother to share It ’ s not like anyone else can hear My cries and screams down here or there Even if I stray away in depression My path will still lead to destruction Have I not dined with frustration? And bathed in confusion I do not seek a solution Or even pray for liberation It ’ s only a mere confession Of my unavoidable situation Do I go on deserted? Abandoned, rejected and neglected Educated in anguish and then excommunicated Do I not just learn evil instead? Will you rather I be further humiliated I could go on and on complaining But my help is never coming My sadness is ever rejoicing As my imprisonment in this pit is never ending … https...
