DON’T JUDGE ME

DON’T JUDGE ME

I know I’ve never been good at telling the truth

It’s not like I love the lies but it’s been well strapped to my boot

You’ve heard them say that change is inevitable

So for so I do promise to change

I know the wait has been long and unbearable

But please just give it a while and watch me change

I’ve said I’ll give it all for you, spirit, body and soul

Because she had me once doesn’t mean she kept it all

Cheating is wrong and doing that would only make me a fool

You should also know that it was a past and careless fall

Now here I am at your door trying to apologise

Hoping it’s not too late for us

I’m dropping it all, my cons, tricks and lies

Just to have us back together as us

Do not expect me to deny what they say I did

After all I did do most of what they say I did

You should also know that it was part of my past

Because she walked pass doesn’t mean she has come to stay

I’m trying to walk pass my past real fast

So please ignore what your friends and those people say

Do not ask me if I ever loved her because you don’t want to know

Just know that I love you and I do want the whole world to know

My past sucks but I beg you to let it be

I’m trying to do you right so please don’t judge me
